    Hello,
    Iskrownik as above in the Peugeot Ludix AC 2t scooter - I am asking for support and instructions for a layman how to check if it is operational?
    I have a basic gauge so the tool is there. Unfortunately, I do not know what to apply and what values indicated what they inform about.

    I will add that the reason for checking is first a weak spark and then its complete absence. Other causes like candle, pipe, CDI were eliminated by replacing the functional ones.

    If the coils are OK, I would focus on the pulser. The working one is usually around 140 ohms. You need to mount it so that the distance from the magnet wheel is approx. 0.3 mm (it must not rub). Pay attention to the "protrusion, hump" on the magnet wheel, because this distance is counted from these "elements" and affects the quality of the spark. Before starting the engine, carefully rotate the magnet wheel by hand so as not to damage the pulser.
