    Hello.
    I have already given my tv to an authorized service center twice. Unfortunately, the same problem repeats every time. Android hangs and after booting it either reboots over and over again giving a black image or already glitching at the logo display. The only thing they do on the site is with the service tools they run it further and update the system again or they can replace the entire motherboard. Updating does not give anything, I learned myself to do minor faults through android recovery just like they did. Why can't they do more?
    - will not diagnose the motherboard
    - do not check log files
    - does not find corrupted files and replace with new ones
    - they cannot reinstall the stock android on the disc
    - they will not test it with antivirus and check the memory if it has been damaged,
    There are so many things they don't do, just updating or replacing it is normal practice on the site?
    Now I can not start it again, it can not even go into the android recovery system, the remote control codes also do not work, it resets over and over again. How can I get around this. How do I move on? The website is passive and does not get involved in fixing the underlying problem.     Do. On a different level. The service for you should be fast and effective. You have a guarantee and from your point of view it doesn't matter if they replace the disc with another one. It's not your problem.

    And this story is not guaranteed. It fell apart practically even after two years, as soon as the warranty expired. He ran fairly well for the first two years. It had flaws in the updates, but each new one was better.

    The method given by "Lisek" has been used by me so far, on average every 3-4 days since the TV came back from repair for the first time. Their update did not change anything, so I made it myself as soon as something was out of control. Currently it is not responding to this pattern of conduct.
    I did everything according to the same instructions from the same link.

    When it comes to buying another album on my own, it also crossed my mind, but what if the album is after repairs, some refresh or something else. On the net, everyone will describe that the new one and the Chinese cried when he sold. The website claims that when they exchange it, no one will complain for a minimum of 3 years. It's not much in my opinion, but I will be able to sell it further.

    Tv returned from the site once again. I found out from the guys that ... he's fine. For over 2 weeks they used it normally: they watched TV, installed apps, played with YouTube, Skype and other functions, it never crashed all the time. They pointed out that maybe I have problems with the network at home since such faults occur.
    When I connected the tv at home, there is no preview of the application in the google play store. Crashes a connection error with the server. As if ports are being blocked. My supplier says that I have all unlocked and the router blocks them. I tried to share them, but I still have blocked connections to the server. Tv is on android 4.2.2. . Other phones also work at home on andku, but they do not have such problems. It seems that the topic is now slightly twisting and changing the department, but the common point of the problems so far is the fact that it was always connected to the network and the system used google services and created accounts.
    So now the question is how to permanently make TV available to the network so that the network traffic is smooth and the connection is permanent ??
