Need help for this smartv, stays in logo, won't start.
1. Unplug the TV from the power supply (physically remove the plug from the wall outlet);
2. Disconnect all external devices from the TV, including the antenna cable;
3. After completing the steps, perform the procedure to force the software update. For this:
- Download the latest software from the Philips website: https://clck.ru/GKsoU and save to PC.
- Extract the file " autorun.upg" and place on a pre-formatted USB drive.
- Plug the TV into the power supply and simultaneously hold down the joystick on the back of the TV to the down position. The TV should enter into the Recovery Mode.
Go to the second menu item, select the file to update and click OK.
