Anyone know how to remove accessibility from the system login position from the 10? At work, I set up a password so that others would not fumble in the computer when I was not there, and from this anger someone turns on all possible narrators, magnifiers and other trifles that can be turned on from the login position. Puki what I have not found anywhere on the net, how to remove it ...
    Help !!!

There is such a method of changing permissions to utilman.exe - taking permissions from Everyone
or maybe the user NT AUTHORITY \ SYSTEM is enough

    takeown / f% WinDir% \ system32 \ utilman.exe
    cacls% WinDir% \ system32 \ utilman.exe / e / p SYSTEM: N

It works under W8.1 - I mean, clicking on the accessibility icon on the login screen doesn't do anything.

It worked, I entered, as my colleague wojtas suggested in system32, I found utilman.exe, then the permissions properties after changing the file management to myself, I set everything to refuse and it does not go to these annoying narrators, magnifiers, etc.
