Windows 10 Login Screen Issues: Missing Accounts Post-Clean Boot & Taskbar Update

I have a problem turning on the computer. It appeared after starting the clean boot - basic settings (as a solution to the problem with the taskbar from the last Windows update). After restarting, it stopped on the login screen with the fact that there is no visible account, and only three icons in the lower right corner with internet, access setting and closing. I have already tried to start the computer in safe mode - unsuccessfully, restore the system from restore points - some errors and restart the system, run the last build - errors.
Does anyone have any idea to solve this problem? In the near future I can not reinstall the system, important things to do on the previous operating system state ...

Checking showed nothing - maybe because it was made a console from the installation disc
