Hey. From day to day, a message like in the picture started appearing from nothing after turning on the computer:
W10 - "We can not log in to your account" - no access to files
After clicking the logout button, I log out of the account and can try to log in again, but it's always the same. As I give up, I can use a computer but I do not have access to all my files.

    I combined myself and so:
I can not restore the system because I do not have access to it.
I found on the internet to execute such commands on the command line:
    dism / online / cleanup-image / restorehealth
    sfc / scannow

The result in the screenshot below:
W10 - "We can not log in to your account" - no access to files
Of course, it did not help, the message pops up all the time.

I have one administrator account on my computer. Windows 10 was updated from Windows 7 and I did not set up any Microsoft account. The system is legal, of course. I'm writing this because I found some advice on the Microsoft account on the internet but I have no idea what it is. I did not have such an account.
I am asking for help, I urgently need access to my files.

Where should I enter it? I do not have my computer at all, or any files on my desktop other than shortcuts.

Press the Win (Windows logo) + r keyboard. In the window that pops up, enter C: \ Users and enter enter.

Have not you updated the system recently (before this problem)? Because there is already one identical case with this login. Is it the next Wt10 patch, how about DHCP?

Check for updates in Windows Update. It helped me some time ago ...

Topic summary

✨ The discussion revolves around a Windows 10 user encountering a persistent login error stating, "We cannot log in to your account," which prevents access to personal files. The user attempted system restoration and executed command line commands (dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and sfc /scannow) without success. They later discovered they could access files through C:Users. Participants suggested scanning the system with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) and ADWCleaner, checking for recent system updates, and verifying Windows Update for potential fixes, as similar issues have been reported following updates.
