Hello, I have a CDX-L380X radio that I would like to replace with one that will play music via USB or AUX. Will the radio from this auction fit? Do you recommend any other models?

This Soniak probably sounds better than this crap from China How to change, then buy the cheapest branded radio, for example Pioneer's MVH.

Check the cables from your Opel Corsa, find out what these connectors are, then see the radio you want to buy and they should specify the type of cable connector there, if your type of cable connector from the Corsa agrees with this radio then you can buy it

The cheapest radio that pays off to buy is the Pioneer MVH-190ub. Everything that is cheaper and without the company is junk. Alternatively, you will probably find some use of Pioneer for PLN 100.
