2 pairs. Synchronous speed 1500 rpm. Added after 34 [minutes]: The rated speed found on the nameplate is 1430. This is synchronous speed minus slip. And the formula for synchronous speed (ns) is: fx60 / p where f- frequency (here 50Hz) p- number of poles. Then you transform the formula and you have the number of pole pairs.
