Magnetic Elliptical: Fixing Damaged Cross Trainer, Strap & Magnet Mounting Guide

Hello. I was renting a flat and there was a damaged cross trainer. It was already open and slightly broken, so someone was already trying to do something with it. The strap has come off and I have no idea how to mount it. There is also a small magnet and I have no idea where or how to mount it. Can it be fixed? If so, I would be grateful for your help. At first glance, something is missing, perhaps the drive wheel on the axle with the pedal arms. You can see that it was made of plastic and fell apart.
The missing element must be purchased if it is available somewhere, which I doubt. You can find a locksmith shop and roll it with aluminum, but from poverty, even some plywood will be better than what was made of plastic You need to specify the diameter of this wheel, it does not have to be perfect as it was because I can see that there is a drive belt tensioner. In this plate you already have mounting holes for screws and assemble, assemble, adjust and practice before the upcoming season

You can also look for help on the back of the car, maybe some pulley from the shaft or a water pump will come (alternator drive belt).
