The long-term load capacity of this cable is 34-40A, depending on the laying conditions. So the optimal fuse to guarantee the safety of continuous operation is 32A, so the maximum power of a three-phase device is 12.8kW, and a single-phase device is 7.4kW

Load capacity is load capacity and IPZ at its end does not at all go with it.
Also, an extension cord with a length of more than fifty meters is a failure.

Kolego 22kW at 32A. Secondly you need to measure the IPZ as you have what or limit the current to 16-25A.
