AVAST 2017 Free: Quarantine Location in Version 17.4.2294 - Accessing Quarantined Files

Where are files quarantined in avast 2017 free? I dig and I can't dig through anything. The net is full of hints where to look for this quarantine, but all this applies to older versions. I have and am using version 17.4.2294.
Maybe someone knows how to dig into these files. Please help.

Files can be recovered from the program: https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB21

The directory is probably C: \ $ AV_ASW, but it's just a guess, I've seen this in the logs a few times. I don't use Avast myself.
