    Hello,
I have a problem with the Panasonic TX-L42B6E LCD TV. When you try to start the TV, the matrix flashes (blinks) and turns off after a while.
What I did: I replaced the electrolytic capacitors on the TNP4G549 board. Unfortunately, no effect.
I would like to ask for any suggestions, advice what I could possibly check or replace in order to remove the fault.

I checked the voltage on the connectors coming out to the LEDs.
With the leds connected, the voltage on the first pair jumps from about 48 to 85VDC.
However, on the second pair, the voltage fluctuates up to max .: 10VDC.

After disconnecting the first pair of LEDs, the matrix continues to blink.
After disconnecting the second pair of LEDs, the matrix does not display anything, it does not even start.

    Undress and measure the stripes.

You improved the producer "a little" :-) I wonder what you changed the other two.
I think these words describe it all:

Thanks for targeting the source of the failure.
You were right, the LED strips are broken ...

There are too many of them to be replaced.
There are 4 rows of stripes. Each row of LEDs consists of two modules, 5 LEDs each.
For me, I have damaged single pieces and entire modules.
For the inquisitive, he gives the designation of my belts: row2.1 rev 0.0 l1-type 6916l-1338a

Four? Not five, if at least one "series" is flashing, you have working order
    in a non-stop sense.

Topic summary

The Panasonic TX-L42B6E LCD TV is experiencing a power issue where the matrix flashes and turns off after a short period. The user replaced the electrolytic capacitors on the TNP4G549 board but did not achieve any improvement. Subsequent checks revealed fluctuating voltages on the LED connectors, with one pair showing 48 to 85VDC and another pair only reaching up to 10VDC. Further investigation indicated that the LED strips are damaged, necessitating their replacement. The user identified the specific designation of the LED strips as row2.1 rev 0.0 l1-type 6916l-1338a.
