A problem arose: no access (privilege) to use a shared disk in a workgroup network. The situation is: two computers with win10 pro and one win7. Two stationary and one laptop. On one (let's call it "main") an E disk has been made available. In the two remaining disk this is visible but trying to get to it causes displaying the message about lack of access / permissions. In the opposite situation, that is, the access to the disk on the laptop (the laptop has two physical disks) the disk is visible in the remaining (stationary) and access is possible. That is one way of working and the other not. It is interesting that sharing the disk on a second stationary makes it visible in both, but it is not accessible to it from any other but the shared laptop drive is functional again. So it works the other way again! The network works ok because public folders are visible and working in both directions. Turning off disk E sharing (on the "main" computer) and sharing only the folder on this disk works! (?)
I would like to add that the settings in the menu, type of finding networks, sharing printers, disabling password sharing is set to approximately. And the name of the workgroup is the same in all computers.
I'm gammer and I'm thinking but the solution is probably somewhere deeper, maybe someone will come up with something? greetings

ok, I will try with this slogan. The only thing that surprises me is that just sharing the folder works as it should and the disk does not. And the same done sharing on a laptop works as it should. Permissions are set to "all-full", maybe something is deeper somewhere ...

Thanks for the hint. It's a bit preposterous, but the method with the inclusion of "sharing with the password" has resulted. It's ridiculous because if there's an "off password" option, why does not it work without it? Maybe MS meant folders, because the folders could be shared without, but as I wrote, the disks no longer ... Although it was an exception - as I wrote at the beginning, the HP Pavillion laptop (win10 pro) allowed access to your disk without a password. You can see that the windows have humors :-)

    Added after 4 [minutes]:

Aaaa, I'll add that it also works to share a laptop (disk) with winXP. Works both ways with computers from win7 and win10.

So you can end this because the proposed solution gave the effect, although as I wrote with logic here something wrong ...
