Hello everyone I have a question is it possible to replace the drivers in the Peugeot 307 2.0 HDI car pictures below
the original driver (photo 1) is damaged and I was able to get a second one (photo 2) from 2.0 hdi
I tried to assign the driver PP2000 but no option because the driver was already paired
on another post I read that it is possible to change the memory 95320 but in my case it did not give the result the second driver does not communicate with BSI
    I would like a hint

You do eprom on virgin, pull the pin from bsi and train

Exactly, it's best to do it after BDM.

Or as the predecessor wrote virgin but it's much more fun.

Eeprom has already translated but it is not enough

PIN from driver memory I already have only PP2000 I do not want to teach me the driver
And what program can I "clean" the driver to teach

did you have communication in the old one?

I had a similar case in a Peugeot and in another driver, there was no communication (no or incorrect data frames)

    Flash to overtake.

So on the old driver the engine is all OK communication is a different kind of malfunction

    So freak out and work.

As for communication, it's best to clone through full BDM .. then we have flash, eep and mpc

Hello, I'm sorry I haven't written back for a long time
As a colleague above wrote after a full copy of the driver or eeprom flash and mpc the car fired
only with the copying of the whole on the new driver appeared the same fault

and more precisely the old original controller when it is cold, usually after a night it resets cyclically every 3.4 seconds, thus the car after firing up immediately goes off and on and on until you hear the heat until BSM click relays switching on the engine power
but all you need to do is slightly heat the processor in the engine controller and the problem passes by hand, the car lights up and never goes off even though it is after night and previously not fired
that's why I decided to replace the driver only after cloning the content the same problem and heating no longer seems to result in whether a cold or warm continuous cyclic reset
    is the mpc content corrupted?

I will add that the process has already been heated at the BGA station to a "liquid" state with no result

    engine faulty fault
but after heating the error goes to clear and it's ok

So there is a chance that you have copied the released batch to the new driver.

To be honest I don't think the problem is in the driver itself.

    Error occurs before firing?

on a cold driver it is not possible to delete it before and after firing an error occurs
but when it heats around the processor it can be erased

Hello, the problem apparently lay on the flash memory side, I copied a batch dug on the net from another controller with the same numbers and the problem with the reset ended, the car fires up the first time and does not go out

all that is left are the errors of the damaged driver and processor that cannot be deleted
    P1621 and P0606
Is it possible that it is the fault of checksums?

If you did virgin it would be done.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the replacement of the SID803 controller in a Peugeot 307 2.0 HDI. The original driver is damaged, and the user has acquired a second driver from another 2.0 HDI vehicle. Attempts to reassign the driver using PP2000 were unsuccessful due to prior pairing. Suggestions include using a virgin EEPROM, pulling the pin from the BSI, and performing a full BDM clone to ensure proper communication. The user later reports that after copying the flash memory from another controller, the car starts without issues, although some error codes remain. The conversation highlights the importance of EEPROM and flash memory in resolving communication problems and controller functionality.
