I have a new CLIP v166. The program installed without any problems on Windows 7 32 bits. After connecting the probe to a laptop, one driver installed.
After connecting the probe to the car, Windows detects two more drivers but can not install them anymore. I tried with two different cars.
After connecting the probe to a laptop, one red LED lights up, after connecting to the car two red LEDs light up.

What may be the problem? I will add that Wnidows 7 32 bits but i5 processor 64 bits (somewhere I read that after changing to a very old laptop got rid of the problem).

Unfortunately, I can't find missing drivers in Google.

I have the drivers provided with CLIP, but unfortunately Windows doesn't want to install them.

And here is the ID of two devices:
    USB \ VID_079B & PID_0019 & REV_0000
    USB \ Class_FF & SubClass_FF & Prot_FF

Hi. I'm struggling with this too. I have one version of CLIP installed on a very old laptop. Still under XP. Now I would like to install the new version on another laptop. It has installed, but it also does not detect drivers when I connect CLIP.
I will try to look into it tomorrow and let you know what I miss.

Hi. I have a similar problem with CLIP. The probe connected to the computer (Win7 32 bit) does not install from the machine, unknown device, I was looking for equipment id but find nothing constructive. Maybe something with a USB cable? Have you found a solution to your problem?

I returned the equipment to the seller, it was probably faulty if he did not want to install correctly.
