Diagbox/Lexia Citroen/Peugeot Diagnostic Interface: Unsuccessful Win10 64-bit Installation

As the topic.
In my laptop I have win10 64 bit, after a free upgrade from wines 7
I bought a diagnostic interface for Citroen / Peugeot cars with software. The offer was written, that these programs should be installed on win xp, or win 7 and then 32 bit, but on forums I found information that i on win10 DiagBox works. There is also a video from win10 installations on youtube.
First I had to download the current version of DEAMON tools lite from the Internet, because the one on the software disc did not want to be installed. Everything was supposed to be ok. The program started to install but at some point a message appeared that my program is a pirated version, or incomplete, and the installation can not be completed.
Unfortunately, my error - I did not disconnect the internet before installation, which was the prerequisite for proper installation. I disconnected the internet and plugged in several times before the installation started and finally it just escaped me.

I have tried several times before, removing the virtual drive by manually clearing the TEMP folder, using CCleaner and restarting the computer, and then, without the net, I tried to install the DB but every time I did this message.

Is there any chance to fix it and the software delivered to me worked on my computer without reinstalling the operating system?
I also thought about installing a second operating system, i.e. win 7 32 bit.

You probably have entries in the registry.

If you have a fully legal program, you can create a small partition on Win7 and install the program as you mentioned.
