    Hello,
I have the Orange Biznes DSL service.
Devices, starting from the modem, are connected in this way:
    Livebox Business 131 modem> Linksys BEFSX41 router> server> switch> other computers

I had to change my router and now I need to configure it.

    Data from Orange:
    Private IP addresses. Network: 10.0.0.0
    Mask: 255.255.255.0
    Gateway: 10.0.0.1

    Preferred DNS addresses: 194.204.159.1
    Alternate: 194.204.152.34

    Public IP addresses Web: 46.171.90.44
    Mask: 255.255.255.252
    Gate: 46.171.90.45

Parameters of the network connection with the router (on the server):
    IP: 10.0.0.2
    Mask: 255.255.255.0
    Gateway: 10.0.0.1
    Preferred DNS: 194.204.159.1
    Alternate DNS: 194.204.152.34

Parameters of the network connection with the switch (on the server):
    IP: 192.168.0.200
    Mask: 255.255.255.0
    Gate:
    Preferred DNS: 127.0.0.1
    Alternate DNS: 10.0.0.1

Everything worked fine on these parameters, now I have a second router and there is a problem with its configuration.

    I choose: Static IP
    IP: 46.171.90.46
    Mask: 255.255.255.252
    Gate: 46.171.90.45
    DNS 1: 194.204.159.1
    DNS 2: 194.204.152.34

    IP router: 10.0.0.1
    Gateway: 255.255.255.0

    I'm turning off DHCP

Unfortunately, the internet does not work after this treatment. I followed the instructions from another router (Draytek) ftp://ftp.draytek.pl/POMOC/Gotowe_przyklady/WAN/Ethernet/Ethernet_DSL.pdf

Can anyone help me configure this router properly?

Connect the computer to the LB so that there is internet. Run cmd.exe, type

    ping onet.pl
    ping 8.8.8.8
    ipconfig / all

    show printouts.

As I understand it, I need to connect my computer to Livebox and configure the connection with these parameters on the computer:
    IP: 46.171.90.46
    Mask: 255.255.255.252
    Gate: 46.171.90.45
    DNS 1: 194.204.159.1
    DNS 2: 194.204.152.34

Yes, try this addressing on your network card, if it doesn't work, check the address from the machine to be sure.
Do you have an entire address list for this service?

This data is printed from Orange:

    Private IP addresses
    Network: 10.0.0.0
    Mask: 255.255.255.0
    Gateway: 10.0.0.1

    DNS addresses
    Preferred: 194.204.159.1
    Alternate: 194.204.152.34

    Public IP addresses
    Web: 46.171.90.44
    Mask: 255.255.255.252
    Gate: 46.171.90.45

From the gate, it can be concluded that there are two addresses assigned to the service, but they are not given in the documents (I concluded that these are 46 and 47 because 45 is the address of livebox).

It rather means that the LB works like a router, on the van it has a public IP on the DHCP LAN,
connect the computer to the LB and have the LB assign an IP to the computer automatically.

I connected without configuration (only DNS is entered, with DNS to auto also does not work):

    You didn't turn on DHCP

You also tried to set the static IP to 10.0.0.2
    mask 255.255.255.0
    gateway 10.0.0.1
    ?

Turn on DHCP in the computer, in the properties of the network adapter ipv4 should be

    dns get auto

Write or take photos of how the LEDs on this livebox are lit and where you connected the computer.

    pings 10.0.0.1, 8.8.8.8, onet.pl do not work.

The Status, ADSL, and Com LEDs are green.
    The IP LED flashes green.
The SFP, WIFI, and Maintenance LEDs are off.
I connected the computer to the same place to which the 0/0 LAN router was connected

I switched the cable to LAN 0/1 and now the internet works to a directly connected computer, so in total you can forgive an additional router. One problem remains. There is internet on the server, but not on other computers in the network. Do you have any idea how to do it?

The server has 2 network cards, here is their configuration:

Parameters of the network connection with the router (on the server):
    IP: 10.0.0.2
    Mask: 255.255.255.0
    Gateway: 10.0.0.1
    Preferred DNS: 194.204.159.1
    Alternate DNS: 194.204.152.34

Parameters of the network connection with the switch (on the server):
    IP: 192.168.0.200
    Mask: 255.255.255.0
    Gate:
    Preferred DNS: 127.0.0.1
    Alternate DNS: 10.0.0.1

The rest of the computers are assigned an address via DHCP mp. 192.168.0.50

I already found it. Routing and remote access were disabled on the server. Everything works. Thanks for the help.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around configuring a Linksys BEFSX41 router for use with the Orange Biznes DSL service, connected through a Livebox Business 131 modem. The user initially faced issues with internet connectivity after replacing their router. Various configurations were suggested, including setting static IP addresses and enabling DHCP. The user confirmed that while the server had internet access, other connected computers did not. Troubleshooting steps included checking ping responses to the gateway and public DNS, as well as verifying LED indicators on the Livebox. Ultimately, the user was able to establish internet access on a directly connected computer but needed further assistance to extend connectivity to other devices on the network.
