Quote: If you want to change the way buttons group on the taskbar, press and hold or right-click any empty area on the taskbar, press or click Settings [rack icon], and then select one of the options in the Merge taskbar buttons list:
Always, hide labels . This is the default setting. Each application is visible as a single unlabeled button - even if you open multiple windows of one application.
When the strap is full . This setting shows each window as a separate button with a label. When there are many items in the taskbar, applications with open multiple windows are rolled into a single application button. Pressing or clicking this button displays a list of open windows.
Never . This setting causes each window to be displayed as a separate button with a label. Windows are not connected regardless of how many of them have been opened. As you open more applications and windows, the buttons become smaller and eventually take up so much space that you have to scroll through them.
I seem to be interested in the "Never" option - it disables grouping.
