Windows 10 - No icons on entire PC, My Computer icon doubled, antivirus & system restore failed

    Hello. For several hours, I can't deal with the problem on Windows 10. After restarting the computer icons disappeared everywhere. Also, I noticed that the My Computer icon had doubled. In the upper-left corner is both "Computer" and "This Computer". I scanned my computer with anti-virus programs and used system restore. Nothing helps. I would be very grateful for help.     No, I'm not that stupid :) . This is some serious matter. I gave screenshots especially. There are no icons in the explorer either. The control panel is also empty.

    Anyone have any other ideas? I can't deal with this for several days. I noticed that the right-click properties don't work for me either.
