    Restoring Desktop Icons on Windows 10 Home After Switching System Language

    I found out and do not have icons / tiles on the desktop-system I had in Danish. I switched to Polish and desperately wanted to return to the desktop with icons instead of tiles. Now I have nothing. I click the right side of the mouse on the taskbar, where it should be properties, and there are none.

    Click on the magnifying glass on the bottom bar and type in the search: "desktop icons". A window with a list should pop out. Go to the view at the top and try to change it.

    It turned out that the computer was set to tablet mode after logging in instead of the desktop. Everything is working. Greetings.
