    Hello, I have an audi a3 8l 99r. 1.8 AGN.
The problem is that the pointer on the board shows all the time 60 degrees, sometimes it jumps for a moment to 90 ... The thermostat mentioned, after connecting the VAG, the temp is about 90 degrees.

Are there 2 temp sensors; one gives a reading to the computer, the other on the board?

If so, where can the temperature sensor be located, which gives a reading on the board.

    Could this be it?

By the way, I noticed that the tap to drain the coolant is hanging from my cord, it seems to me a temperature sensor. From the beam from which the cable comes out there are two more outlets and are connected to the air inlets. Where should I connect it - I do not see a free place for it.
