Golf V 1.4 fsi, the oil sensor lights up for about 5km and goes out it is repetitive. The filter was changed and the pressure checked. Maybe someone will help, what could be the reason?

Red indicator light. The turnover has nothing to do here, because whether low or high does not go out, and on other topics I read that at higher it goes out

I do not know exactly how it is solved there, but if "traditionally" it may just be in the installation somewhere - hence the lack of connection with the revolutions.

The engine works fine, only this light comes on blinks a few seconds and goes out every few km

I still believe that the installation from the sensor to be checked.

If the pressure has been checked and it is ok
Either leave it and do not worry, or look for a short circuit, etc. on the cable.

Today the light was on throughout the entire drive, and when restarting when the car was idling, it did not light up until it started to move

Instead of telling us what's going on, check what I suggested. If you can't, take it to a professional, it won't fix itself.

Everything was done so I am asking for advice, this is probably what the forum is for ;)

    Which filter-manufacturer / model designation?
What pressure value and how long after starting it?
Describe in detail, preferably in points - what else has been "done", checked on this engine?

Reg. 3.1.15. Do not ask immediately on the forum if you have not checked anything yourself or have not attempted a self-diagnosis. Remember that advice is provided remotely in the absence of physical access to the device, the problem must be very well described and understood by users.

You already got the advice, but something needs to be done in this direction, you need to check the sensor installations

A lot of stuff has been done and what they wrote to me here but it didn't help

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a recurring oil warning light issue in a Golf V 1.4 FSI, which illuminates for approximately 5 km before turning off. The user has already changed the oil filter and checked the oil pressure, but the problem persists. Responses suggest checking the sensor installation and wiring for potential short circuits, as the light's behavior does not correlate with engine revolutions. Despite connecting the vehicle to a diagnostic computer with no errors reported, the user continues to seek advice on resolving the issue.
