Hello, just check the sensor itself
I used to have it myself ...... turned on the bend and sounded
the best approach to the mechanic let the manometer insert instead of the sensor in place of his pressure gauge. Then you will be sure that everything is OK - for now, stop eis with the ride
after removing the oil pressure sensor itself, you will see that you can be coarse ... / dirty and then indicate stupidity
also take care of good oil and timely replacement along with the oil filter ...
Good luck ... I bet the sensor-
or check the plug itself if there is any break on the control cable ....

A yellow oil lamp permanently indicates a broken sensor in the so-called sensor oil or a break in the installation.

And what kind of oil do you propose because the exchange is approaching and I plan to unscrew my misery and see if there is sometimes something there. I asked the mechanic to check the pressure, but he did not do it today, even after the bayonet came out did not help and it shines all the time the contacts are at times I have cleaned up repeatedly wondering if this is definitely the sensor signal someone is in the mission. And another thought that comes to me or is it not a damaged oil separator? Odma is open

Connect to the computer and then you will know why the light is on.

Red is from pressure, yellow from level.
There may be a defective sensor in the bowl, no power supply to the sensor, a break in the wire between the sensor and the meter.
Cheap sensors out there do not work too much.
In VW, you can turn off the oil level checks by changing the coding in the meter.

just like a computer sub-boot, nothing showed just that the sensor is on and so much does not have extensive electronics. that's why I asked for help here. thanks for the hints I need to find out where this cable from the sensor comes in and check if it is not blown somewhere. Thank you for such quick answers

From what I remember, the sensor error 562 shows on the vga only after entering the "instruments" tab, ie clocks.

If the meter does not see the signal from the sensor, then the error will only be in the meter.
You should enter the measuring blocks and see there is the current oil level, its temperature and the required oil level.

You do not even need to remove and insert the bayonet, just open and close the mask. There is a sensor somewhere near the mask's skewer, and it probably hurts.

It's not exactly like that. This sensor clears this control for some time but there is some reason for its appearance.
The cause may be a faulty sensor, no sensor supply, a signal wire between the sensor and the meter or a low oil level.

Low oil level - this is how oil is not more than halfway between min and max, because it is not allowed more ?. Add the tops to the max and then look for the fault if necessary.

I gave up and gave the car to an electrician. it turned out that the purchased sensor which was replaced was unoriginal and replaced in the packaging because it was heavily used, i.e. I just bought something in a different box (but that's already difficult) the sensor exchanged for me as it should be, the cables were replaced with new ones of course, oil, because by now I have peace of mind, thank you for your support

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a persistent yellow oil pressure indicator light in a Volkswagen Golf IV 1.4 16V, despite the oil level being adequate and a recent sensor replacement. Users suggest various troubleshooting steps, including checking the sensor and its connections, verifying oil quality, and using a mechanical pressure gauge for accurate readings. Some mention the possibility of a faulty sensor or wiring issues, while others recommend connecting the vehicle to a diagnostic computer to identify error codes. Ultimately, the original poster discovered that the replacement sensor was defective and had been improperly packaged, leading to the resolution of the issue after replacing it with a genuine part and new wiring.
