Assigning Caller Voice Announcement & Custom MP3 Ringtone on Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X

Hello all.
1. I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X Dual Sim phone and I do not know how (and if it is possible) to assign the function where the "phone says" who is calling?
2. How to assign a non-system ringtone to a contact, eg Mp3?
Please help.

1. I don't know. Perhaps there are some special applications, because this built-in function rather this phone does not (or at least I have not seen).

2. What is the problem? You go to "Phone", then "Contacts" choose someone's number, click "default ringtone" and plus in the bottom right corner. You have an SD card and a phone memory. Choose the ringtone you want.

And if you want one ring (out-of-system) for all contacts, I e.g. use the Poweramp application. Looking for your ringtone and clicking "Set ringtone" or something.
