[Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (X)] Remote control from a computer or another phone

I recently bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X and I need to have remote control over it from a PC or a second phone. I tried TeamViewer QuickSupport / Host, but it turned out that you can only watch what is happening on the phone, and you cannot control it. I read that this problem concerns a wider group of Xiaomi models.
Do you know any alternative software that works with Xiaomi on Android and allows you to remotely control it?

Thanks ... The program works, but I'm looking for something like TeamViewer with remote desktop access. Maybe I will clarify:
- the program must support the remote desktop of the phone (full access to the phone system)
- work with your phone connected anywhere in the world.

Better. But from the PC, I cannot control the screen on my phone remotely. By enabling the screenshot function, I can only see what the phone user is doing. Maybe the active desktop control is in the paid version?

I also tried Mobizen, but then what I get is just a phone screen preview.
In TeamViewer I also get a message that: "This device only supports screen sharing."
I do not know if I will find any software that will allow me to control the Xiaomi screen, instead of just "staring" at it.

I am in a bind because I do not know if it is the fault of the software or the phone itself. And is it possible to somehow "improve" it? I read that supposedly rooting the phone could help, but I wouldn't want to lose my warranty.

The function of remote control of the desktop and the entire phone is necessary because it must be configured remotely.

Is the only option to return the phone and buy another checked one?
