    Good morning,

The washing machine passes the first part of the washing cycle correctly, i.e. it draws water, washes, only at the end how should it rinse, spin and pump water, a fault appears and displays the error:
Polar PTL1109 - the washing machine does not spin and does not pump out the wate
Unfortunately, I did not find an explanation of this error code on the forum or on the web.
I dismantled the washing machine, nothing sits in the pump that would mechanically prevent it from starting.

    The water pump program works?
If not, check if the drain pump motor gets 230V.
If so, apply 230V to the pump motor from the network to check if the motor starts.
Just because the engine is not blocking anything does not mean that it is functional.

So, it turns out that by running the "pump down" program at the beginning it works, and after a while this error appears.

The pump reaches 230V, the pump also starts when it gets voltage and in my opinion works correctly, it does not work too loudly, it does not buzz, the drain hose is fine, nothing blocks it.

I also run diagnostics (programmer set to pump down and 4 x cancel),
and the washing machine passes through the prewash, main wash passes, rinsing passes, spinning passes and as soon as it passes to the last "spin / pump" LED, all LEDs go out and the entire washing machine turns off.

Check whether the propeller of the drain pump motor sometimes has considerable vertical slack. So up - down.
Pump motors are magnetic motors and often fail.
Earlier did you write that the washing machine also does not spin?

    Hello

I would like to ask the author of the thread if he found a clear cause because I have the same problem with the same LEDs.

Does the washing machine unlock the hatch after washing?

    Hello

    No unlocks.

    Added after 3 [minutes]:

I would like to mention that the test (pump down + 4x cancel passes without a problem).
Failure is not every time. Approximately 5 times the washing machine will go through the entire cycle and once this situation occurs with the diodes.
The laundry is not spun and the water is not drained.

Did you have such a case?
Maybe start by bridging the blockade to find out by doing some questions?
If you know which cables and where would be the easiest access to them I would ask for a hint

You can look for a cheaper lock replacement on a known auction site.
Any wire bridging is against forum rules and common sense.
Unfortunately, the damaged lock is simply replaced.
Service code sequence according to service technicians indicates a faulty lock.

I understand that it is not bridged, but I would like to make 100% sure that this failure is a blockage. Strange that once is and 5 times gone.
I also do not support or practice bypassing any blockages.
I did not find information on the error code on the forum or on the web

Unfortunately, I will not help in skipping the block and I advise my colleague not to experiment because a wrong connection of wires can kill the control module.
It is necessary to remove the blockage from the washing machine and then you can experiment with the blockage itself and check its operation outside the device.

    Hello

I have the same washing machine and a problem with spinning.
Where is the diagnosis for this washing machine described?
For example, it is about setting the timer to pump down and pressing 4x cancel.
I would like to see if any other diagnostic methods are listed.
I can't find it in the manual.
Is it in some service manual - unavailable to users?

There is no other procedure or error recovery. Create a friend your own topic and describe your problem, preferably by adding photos if the Service LED is on.

Topic summary

The Polar PTL1109 washing machine experiences a malfunction during the final spin and pump cycle, displaying an error code. The user reports that the machine functions correctly during the initial washing phases but fails to rinse, spin, and pump out water at the end of the cycle. Diagnostic tests indicate that the drain pump motor receives 230V and operates when powered directly, suggesting it is not mechanically blocked. However, the machine intermittently fails to complete the cycle, with all LEDs turning off at the final stage. Suggestions from other users include checking the drain pump motor for vertical slack, verifying the hatch lock functionality, and considering the replacement of the hatch lock due to its potential failure. The discussion emphasizes the importance of not bypassing safety mechanisms and the need for proper diagnostics to identify the root cause of the issue.
