Good morning, I am the owner of Astra H 2005 1.6 Twinport and I have a problem that it quite often tugs at a low speed car (1200-1400 in traffic jams at 1-2 gear) and sometimes it waves on the other, in addition, it lights up for the second time check engine control and diagnostics
(accelerator + brake pedal) shows more and more error:
    First I had
    16003R,
    15505,
    040062
After deleting them 2 days I drove cool and today I jumped:
    017152

From what I read on the web and from the words of the mechanic, all these errors are associated with EGR.

The car was already at 3 mechanics
1 - he changed the candle and said that he drives well (after 20 minutes of driving I did not notice any changes)
2- he kept the car for 3 weeks and then said that he sealed the collector, replaced the gas pedal and it is better but not quite and that I have to leave the car for a few days again (in fact it got better)
    3) - he deleted these 3 errors and said that there is no critical thread and you can drive

Yes, after I didn't get any specific information on how to win this jerking I started to look for myself and I just hope that someone will tell me what to look for and can this jerking be the reason for EGR malfunction?

Clean EGR if it doesn't help then replace it.

I knew a similar case, nothing helped, the car drove through the websites and finally the owner sold the car after a few years and the symptoms were like you. From what I remember someone suggested a clutch and I gave him a coil.

    best regards

I got so stuck today that I was jerking down that I was just unplugging the EGR cable and please, I guess I don't have a pulled out. I will drive for a few days and if the thread does not change, I will go to the mechanic and blind the EGR so that the lamp does not light

In this car, the EGR exhaust system is specifically solved to supply the intake manifold, it is worth removing the intake manifold and see if it has clogged the channels under it (under the part with the vortex flaps - 99% plugged and then there are such flowers) ...

I suspect that this may be the problem

Recently, "EGR cleaned for me", after which the car drove great about 3 days, and then the problem began to come back a bit and I unplugged the EGR again.
Does it make sense after this cleaning to check what you are talking about or has it already been done for this service? (I don't really know what EGR cleaning looks like)

This condition is the TSB "Technical Service Bulletin".
the EGR system channels are clogged in the intake manifold.
Clean and check valve clearances (Z16XEP only)

I did not write about cleaning the egr valve, only the channels in the collector - this is not so much work and it happens quite often.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a 2005 Opel Astra H 1.6 Twinport experiencing low-speed jerking and multiple diagnostic error codes (017152, 16003R, 15505A, 040062). The owner reports that the issue occurs primarily in traffic at low RPMs (1200-1400) and has consulted three mechanics. Initial suggestions included changing the spark plug and sealing the intake manifold, but the problem persisted. Responses from the forum emphasize the importance of cleaning or replacing the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve, as well as checking for clogged channels in the intake manifold. The owner has attempted to disconnect the EGR and is considering further cleaning or modifications to resolve the issue.
