    Hello. As in the subject of Audi A3 2.0TDI engine code BKD does not start after switching off. Checked pump in the tank, the initial supply pump mentioned in the controller no errors, the shaft position sensor is functional. The strange situation is that after disconnecting the plug from the pump injection does not crash .Ordered a second driver, unfortunately I made a copy right away and the car still doesn't start. Question to advanced in the topic is it possible to spill the map? ...... Controller 03G 906 016 FF. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

    I forgot to add that all voltages on the controller match except one, according to Auto dates on pins A31 and A32 after turning to ignition should be 11-14V and for me it is 2.34V these are the power supply pump injection pins.

    I checked the resistance at pump injection and all of them are 0.6ohm or ok, only the power supply is missing at the injections.

    Do not just look at the errors, see what you see in the measuring blocks, whether you have no dashes or no parameters.

    Thank you for your interest because I was already losing hope. I checked the data on the starter anyway; no fuel dose value, no injection correction, the status of the injector valve on all constants 128. Other parameters are visible i.e. flow, temperature sensors, shaft and shaft sensor.

    Hello, it's hard to disagree with you because the customer said that while driving something knocked but as if she reached her destination without a problem and after turning off she did not start it. The injection angle is 5 degrees. No error in the lack of synchronization of the shaft with the shaft but I will check the timing tomorrow.

    I checked the timing and it's ok. I assume that however, the fault lies on the controller side, since the most important things are correctly set and visible and I do not have the injection power supply, there must be something wrong with it, just what? ..... Immo status Everything's OK, the bus connectivity of all modules is ok. Rather without the charge for this driver I will not move forward.

    In measurement block No. 18 I have everywhere 128 and in block 23 alone 0.0 when shooting the starter, nothing changes.

    I noticed that the Bosch 30460 chip after switching on the ignition on the old controller warms up to a very high temperature and maybe it damaged somehow the charge? On this second driver the temperature of the chip is negligible only that the charge is from the old rudder. What do you think this has to do with it ?. .... I ordered another helm with the same numbers, but I copied it and I will not try to add it.
