1. Apply an ohmmeter to the terminals of the heating plate (the one that does not work). The meter reading should amount to several dozen ?. 2. To replace the damaged plate (or even measure it - see point 1), lift the entire ceramic plate. So unscrew the four screws on the sides of the board and lift it up. Next it will be downhill ... :) PS. The fact that the energy dosing unit has recently been replaced does not prove its efficiency.
