    Hello.
I have a problem opening the tailgate in Polo 9n3. It used to open every few times and now it doesn't open. This is very troublesome because I have to open the hatch through the rear seat. The servomotor is working well, the microcontroller is functional, after pressing the microstat, the relay in the BCM module can be heard, but the actuator does not receive voltage. The cables in the flap have been checked completely. Could the output in BCM have been damaged? What else can you check for any fuse is? No errors in modules. Version BCM 6Q1937049F.

Half of the problem was solved after digging the elsa, I was able to find a fuse scheme suitable for my car, for descendants in Polo 08r the tailgate actuator corresponds to fuse No. 49 10A, random opening still needs to be removed :(

Check the wiring in the rubber grommet on the left 99% broken, check or disconnect the microswitch and the connector at the 3-pin lock itself it is possible that it is green from a leak in the tailgate washer.

Hello. Has anyone managed to solve the problem with the random opening of the trunk in the Polo 9N3? Please help as I have no more ideas. Ok lock checked, microswitch also ok. I replaced the comfort module and it continues to open the trunk at random. Wires checked also ok. Thank you for all the hints, best regards.

For me, however, the microswitch was to blame, it was checked with a meter and supposedly conductive, but I replaced it with a new one and the problems ended

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a malfunctioning tailgate in a VW Polo 9N3, where the user reports intermittent issues with opening the tailgate. The servomotor and microcontroller are confirmed to be functional, but the actuator is not receiving voltage. The user has checked the wiring and found no errors in the modules, specifically referencing BCM version 6Q1937049F and fuse No. 49 (10A) related to the tailgate actuator. Other users suggest checking the wiring in the rubber grommet and the microswitch, with one user resolving their issue by replacing the microswitch despite it testing conductive. The user continues to seek solutions for random opening of the trunk.
