The controller has 2 plugs, E and B. Both plugs have 64 pins.
And the CAN network diagram, because there is a complete lack of ECU CIM communication and the engine does not start.
We can connect with the CIM module, nothing can be read from the ECU.
Permanent error in CIM regarding lack of communication.

Simtec 75 ECU pinout - check with an ohmmeter if you have a "physical" connection with the diagnostic connector
