Hello, I have a problem with my Zafira B 1.9Cdti. The car stood unused for a few days. So I decided to run it. However, after turning the key, nothing happens. No lights on the clocks are on (except for the open door indicator). I also observed that the radio display does not work (the radio works) and steering wheel radio control, the rear light does not work, as well as the central locking. The locks do not even close after turning the key (only the driver's door closes). However, when I close the car from the inside with a button on the board, all the doors close as they should. I checked all the fuses and relays but they are all ok. I checked the current in the ignition cube and it turned out that there was no current, so I plugged in briefly and the car now lights up the indicator lights work as they should but the remaining problems were, i.e. the radio display not working, c lock, no backlight. I would ask for help.

Hello, today I checked the "masses" on the engine and chassis and they are ok. Anyone else have any idea what it could be?

Since yesterday I have the same thing in Astra H, no reaction to the key in the ignition - the lights do not light up, does not start, the remote control does not work, turning the key in the lock only closes the driver's door, no control from the steering wheel, the radio starts, there are lights, cabin lighting, the windows cannot be checked because there is no power supply in the first position of the ignition switch, there is cabin lighting, the boot opens (electric lock), the car can be closed with a button from the cabin. Maybe someone will suggest something?
I have OPCOM like something, a pin to the computer, I have an OBD2 Bluetooth tester. Any relay? Mass? CIM module? Could something have been damaged in the UEC? I checked all fuses and they are ok.

Problem solved! If you have exactly the problems I described, it is 99.99% CIM module. Only it is not necessarily damaged. I had a loose CIM 34 fuse holder. The fuse was ok, CIM ok, UEC ok, and yet there was no power on CIM. The slightly bent fuse feet solved the problem for now. I will try to improve the nest again, but it will be difficult - for now it works and you have to enjoy it ?

Topic summary

The user reports issues with their Opel Zafira B 1.9Cdti, where turning the ignition key results in no response, with only the open door indicator lighting up. Additional problems include non-functional radio display, central locking issues, and rear lights not working. The user checked fuses and relays, finding them intact, and discovered no current in the ignition cube. After temporarily restoring power, some indicators worked, but other issues persisted. Responses suggest checking ground connections, battery status, and specifically the CIM (Column Integrated Module) as a potential source of the problem. A similar case with an Astra H was noted, where a loose CIM fuse holder was identified as the culprit, leading to a successful resolution.
