Hello. Yesterday I noticed the disappearance of the tvn player icon in the tv receiver (AQUOS NET +). The update does not find a new software, the factory settings also do not contribute anything. The player was and disappeared. Can anyone help?

So it comes out that the update has made changes and the tvn player is not included in it. You can still try to write to the tvn player, maybe they have to do it

For me on Sharp 39LE350 is TVN Player (AQUOS NET +). Apparently depends on the tv model.

From my SHARP 46LE830 TVN Player it disappeared a few years ago and has not appeared yet.
AQUOS NET + from SHARP is one big failure.

    Hello,
I wrote to the Player and I received information that the producer of this TV has ended support for the TVN PLAYER application and therefore it will not be possible to use their content.
    greetings

So I thought that the update is no longer a player.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the disappearance of the TVN Player icon from the AQUOS NET+ interface on the SHARP LC-60LE752E television. The user attempted to resolve the issue through software updates and factory resets, but these efforts were unsuccessful. Responses indicate that the absence of the TVN Player may be due to changes in application support, as confirmed by SHARP, which stated they do not control the applications available on AQUOS NET+. Other users reported similar experiences with different SHARP models, suggesting that the issue may be model-dependent and linked to the discontinuation of support for the TVN Player application.
