Try shifting Shift while the computer is starting and maybe there will be a reboot option for UEFI. What you have presented above is probably Boot Menu option, not bios.

Well, I do not know that Kiano in the X3 HD + model uses only the Microsoft mechanism and there is no hidden Partition Recovery. Personally, the image of Drive with its entire structure, clean, created by Kiano by Fabian Paragon 14.0, which then recreates without any problem, provided that it does not interfere with this Disk, eg other installations of the Operating System that change a certain structure of the Disk and then restoration from this Image is no longer possible. However, the Compilation of the factory installed Windows 10 Syndrome is old and there is such a problem that after the Windows Update updates the entire disk space of this equipment is full and at this point it is impossible to even reset to Factory settings because this operation requires at least 5GB of free space on the System Partition. However, it is possible to solve this problem viz. You have to prepare for PenDrive Insaller the latest Compilation of this Win 10 Home 64bit system because it is on the device in the version with 4GB RAM. Then, when you receive this clutch from the store or the Kiano Website after its reinstallation and without any updates, it is first of all necessary to make a backup copy of the Drive on an external medium, eg Paragon Application in version at least 14.0. Then, from the position of the working System, run the Installer of this latest build from PenDrive. When the Installer asks whether to immediately update from the Internet, note that it does not !!! and continue installing to the end.
After the installation is completed, do not update from the Internet and go to: Start / Settings / System / Memory / Change the method of freeing space and select (remove System pop-up) / Clean now. After this operation, Everything will be OK and again will be available for almost 14GB of free disk space. That's for the beginning because you can still install an additional MicroSD 23 or 64GB card into the SD card reader and of course with the knowledge of the subject, redirect the entire Catalog with subfolders (User Directory) to the other location. Also, when installing new Applications, choose to install them on the second Memory. Now you can connect to the Internet and update Windows Update. Remember to check and, if necessary, delete the old, unnecessarily occupied version of the System after each major Update. I have all installed and updated, and I still have free space in the C 10 Disk. Factory Kiano drivers can be pulled out. The "My Drivers" application can always be useful in case of unforeseen problems.

To create a System Disk image with a Receipt (even version 14) you have to insert SD Memory Card at least 32GB / format it in NTFS / install Paragon Backup & Recovery / create Paragon Backup Directory on this Card and after rebooting the System run Paragon and create a picture pointing to created on SD Card Catalog. I decided to act as described in this topic and put the system back. I downloaded the ISO image from the Microsoft website. I created a bootable pen. I threw files on it. On an "ordinary" laptop the installation goes smoothly. After connecting the pen to the tablet and starting the installation from it, everything works until "checking the amount of disk space". The tablet at that moment had several / several minutes and shows info that there is not enough disk space. Do you have any tips in this case? I will add that I have nothing to delete - I have fired all the updates, programs and what was possible. On the disk, I currently have 7.53 GB of free space.

Subject resolved. Despite the removal of Office 365, a lot of shit was left after it. After removing the manual catalog, I gained an additional 3.6 GB. Now the installation of the windows went correctly. The installation itself lasted almost 2 hours. After installation, I had about 6 gb of free memory. Then I chose the option to remove the previous version of Windows and after cleaning I had free ... 19 GB of memory

You know, I still had a problem with this Kiano model. I advertised him again and they sent me a brand new but still the same model.
After unpacking and firing, it turned out that he had another serious drawback, so I sent him back to Kiano and wrote that I lost confidence in this model. They offered me PLN 300 for Kiano Elegance 13.3. I agreed and now for a few months I have this new model and this one works great. It has a slot for SSD (such a different model of SSD Disk) so I bought a 120GB size and installed Winda on it and this Flash 32GB I use for archive files, photos, etc. I'm so happy about this replacement because all previous problems have disappeared.
It has a great, very high-quality Screen. Two USB3 ports to which I can connect external HDD USB drives without additional power supply. It works like a pure Laptop and it only lacks the key function Print Srean, but I use the Cutting Tool for this and it's OK.

Then, for an additional PLN 300, they exchanged me for Kiano Elegance 13.3, but also the Motherboard was replaced first because the WiFi module worked badly and now on 07/01/2021 I advertised it again because the HDMI socket did not work and sometimes the Graphics Card was flaunted. They qualified him for replacement again. Maybe next week it will come to me. I am surprised that they do this to me for so long as a guarantee. Because they replaced the CD after almost two years and they already replaced it a year ago, so I'm surprised where the warranty comes from. When I sent it for repair, I was convinced that RG-MEDIA would do it for me for a fee. This Kiano Elegance 13.3 with an additional Disk for the M.2 socket works great, but as you can see, it also has some disadvantages, which, however, did not bother me so much because I wanted to use the HDMI socket only for a test. If I hadn't tried, I wouldn't have known about this fault ...
