My problem is much more interesting. No sound, cross on the speaker (no driver). Cannot see the network, does not rotate the screen, no touch. Maybe someone will kindly tell you how to put the system in this invention?

He fell quite. Does not start the system. Only the logo was left.

Added after 2 [hours] 35 [minutes]:

It started up. But I don't know how to upload it.

    Added after 22 [minutes]:

There are 16 drivers missing from the manager. What to do about it I have no idea.

You must enable "file name extensions". In the View tab.

You can still check if there is everywhere in the "general" options for a given device "This device is working properly".
If there are no exclamation marks in the device manager and the drivers installed correctly, it suggests contacting the service.

FAQ

TL;DR: Fix Kiano Intelect X3 HD issues by installing correct Windows drivers until Device Manager shows 0 exclamation marks; look for “This device is working properly.” [Elektroda, Simon79, post #16963036]

Why it matters: This FAQ helps Windows 10 users restore sound, network, rotation, and touch on the Kiano Intelect X3 HD.

Quick Facts

How do I fix no sound, network, rotation, and touch on my Kiano Intelect X3 HD?

Install the proper Windows drivers. Unpack the provided driver pack, then install each device’s .inf file. Reboot after batches. [Elektroda, Simon79, post #16955237]

Where can I get the driver package for this tablet?

Helpers shared a driver bundle link in the thread. Download it, extract it, and prepare to install each component. [Elektroda, Kasek21, post #16956954]

Quick 3‑step driver install (How‑To)?

  1. Download and extract the shared driver archive.
  2. In each device folder, right‑click the .inf file and choose Install.
  3. Repeat for all folders, then restart Windows. “Download, extract, install.” [Elektroda, Kasek21, post #16959555]

Windows shows 16 unknown devices—what should I do first?

Treat them as missing drivers. Work through the driver set and install until the list shrinks to zero. One user reported 16 missing. [Elektroda, jurbastion, post #16958986]

Why can’t I see any .inf files after extracting the drivers?

Enable file extensions in File Explorer (View > File name extensions). Then .inf files appear for right‑click installation. [Elektroda, Simon79, post #16960918]

My screen is rotated sideways at login. How do I recover control?

This occurs before proper display/sensor drivers load. Install the matching drivers, then reboot to restore rotation and cursor alignment. [Elektroda, jurbastion, post #16956681]

How do I verify drivers installed correctly in Device Manager?

Open each device’s General tab and confirm it says “This device is working properly.” Also check there are no exclamation marks. [Elektroda, Simon79, post #16963036]

What if there’s still a speaker icon with a red cross (no sound)?

That indicates no audio driver. Install the audio driver from the pack and restart to restore sound output. [Elektroda, jurbastion, post #16954925]

The tablet only shows the logo and won’t boot—what then?

It may briefly hang at the logo after changes. One user reported it later started normally; continue with driver installs. [Elektroda, jurbastion, post #16958986]

After installing drivers, everything looks fine but still no function—next step?

If no exclamation marks appear and each device reports working, contact service for hardware diagnostics. “This device is working properly.” [Elektroda, Simon79, post #16963036]

What info should I share if I still need help?
