    Hello,
Today after making a hard reset on the Huawei Y5 II, the phone asks me to enter a Google account that was logged in before the reset. Well, I gave everything and after entering it pops up the message "Log in using one of the accounts of the owner of this device" and then sends me to the point of re-entering this Google account. On the message comes from gmail whether it is my device but after confirming nothing happens. I read that this is some kind of FRP lock. Apparently, you can get around it by calling the browser but you can not use the keyboard on the phone. Did someone have a similar problem and is there a way to circumvent this in a different way than the browser?

Try to wait 24 hours from the last login attempt and after that time try to log in again. Have you changed your email password recently?

Check if you are logged into this account from a browser on your computer.

Since the author comes to the e-mail notification whether this is his device, he can rather log in to this account from the browser.

The password can be saved in the browser automatically and therefore you have to do it manually to exclude or confirm that the password is correct.

The password was changed because it was forgotten. Logging on to another phone works normally as on a PC.

So there is a visit to the site to remove this lock with the service box.

    Before a hard reset

Ok Subject to close, I waited 24 hours and the phone logged in. Thanks ;)
