The injection calculator and fan coil of the fan relay burn out. how dry it is OK but 5 minutes of rain and auto shut down. I checked the relay on the radiator and is OK where to look for this injection calculator? anyone has a schematic of this circuit fuse F4 in the engine compartment. the diagram available to me shows only the relay coil and nothing about the injection calculator Peugeot 307 1.6 16v 2002: Seeking Schematic for Injection Calculator Circuit Fuse F4

Search under the hood. Injection calculator is ECU - engine computer.
It should be at the BSM (fuse box).
Peugeot 307 1.6 16v 2002: Seeking Schematic for Injection Calculator Circuit Fuse F4
Fuse F4 is powered after the ignition. And it is responsible for the fan high speed relay.
Fuse F8 is responsible for the fan low speed relay.
MF1 is a fuse for the fan assembly (motor).
As long as the submitted template matches. Because the colors don't have to match.

If the fuse blows after the rain, look for the rotten beam.

I thought so too, but why after burning the fuse F4 the engine stops working if it only protects the fan? Can you verify if it is the correct scheme? Peugeot 307 1.6 16v 2002 if someone else beam course also welcome suggestions.

Certainly this fuse does not protect only the relay coil.
This is the fan control diagram only.

And if you found a diagram from something else, you would also find that this fuse connects with something else.

If you want a scheme that specifically applies to your copy, you need a VIN (VIS). Only I don't have such schemes.

According to the operating instructions, fuse No. 4 is responsible for:
"Injection calculator - Fan unit relay control - Relay control
additional heating - Automatic gearbox calculator - Sequential control
Automatic Transmission - Automatic transmission shiftlock relay

Injection calculator - no power - goes out because there is no power.

exactly the injection calculator power supply only what is connected? the fan relay bundle ripped open and is perfect but maybe something behind the ECU or injection calculator. maybe someone has a schematic? I felt the car version of the desert, but in our climate a little not useful, I visually looked at the engine beams and accessories but even with a meter I don't know where to hit when it is dry it is OK but a little moisture and only when driving because after a downpour it stops it has to blow water with the air rush but the most connected is the wiring diagram ECU maybe someone will share it?

A car in the vending machine?
If not, then either the relay, the computer or the installation makes a short circuit and the fuse burns.
Check the relay, maybe it is pouring water.

toy car with manual gearbox, perfect condition, zero moisture, the beam is ripped and checked. now I have to go towards the injection calculator, this fuse is one of the power supplies and here the question is what protects this fuse? for example, goes through the calculator and on? I do not know, maybe the injectors, maybe the shaft position sensor is invisible, the lack of a diagram, maybe someone knows and makes available,

If you are still looking for what comes out of the computer, give the car to a specialist. If you had an injector error or something, you would look at the computer that it burned down there.
You are looking for something that no one can tell you. One of the computer's power supplies, but what powers the computer?

As for the pattern, I repeat !!!!

toy car stood 3 days in the workshop the error does not occur even rain does not bother him you have to drive in the rain. find me a specialist who will wait for rain and drive my car togo for repair. if it is fed via F4 then something is working in this circuit. if it were a permanent error I would be looking for a meter but I already burned with 15 fuses and the car dries up and it's OK. I am looking for elements working in this circuit to eliminate them in turn.

In that case, replace the computer and see if it will continue to burn the fuse in the rain.

Install an additional fuse with a smaller ampere directly in front of the controller then you will be sure if the short circuit is inside the controller.

this is what the pins in the controller are in the circuit of the fuse F4 for this needs a diagram which pin and which cube. wBSI has 5 cubes and in ECU 3 cubes and zonk here what and how? do I need to find the same numbers to change the computer? in my case he is like that Peugeot 307 1.6 16v 2002: Seeking Schematic for Injection Calculator Circuit Fuse F4

maybe someone knows what sensors the injection calculator uses in 1.6 16v peugeot 307 engine. for example engine temperature, shaft sensor and what else. somewhere there must be a wet short, because the car blows dry.

Hello, I solved the problem with blown f4 fuse? because I have the same problem, it's almost the same. only after blown the fuse the car still "normally" drives. I have in vending machine 2.0 but maybe the fault is in a similar place

for me it helped to remove the soundproofing mat, it was soaked with water. then I stuck a tape to connect the windshield with the plastic shaft, because then the water leaked into the engine compartment. since then there is no fault and let it stay that way. Regards

Thanks a lot for the hint and I also have a problem with this mat. And what tape did you stick and how?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues with the injection calculator and fan relay in a 2002 Peugeot 307 1.6 16v, specifically concerning the F4 fuse that burns out after exposure to moisture. Users seek the schematic for the injection calculator circuit and inquire about the physical location of the injection calculator (ECU) and its connections. Responses suggest checking the fuse box (BSM) and the wiring for potential shorts, particularly after rain. The F4 fuse is noted to power various components, including the injection calculator and fan relays. Users share troubleshooting experiences, including the removal of soundproofing mats to prevent water ingress, which resolved similar issues. The need for a specific wiring diagram is emphasized for accurate diagnosis and repair.
