Opel Vectra C 2002 2.2dti Switching to Emergency Mode Unexpectedly after EGR Cleaning

I have a Vectra C from 2002 2.2 DTI with an autoatic box and I have a similar problem as my colleague above, except that the car drives normally and suddenly jumps into the emergency mode and you know the car lamp with the key lights up and at this point it can go out when I stand at the junction , I have to move without adding gas, only releasing the brake, somehow I will drive about 50 km / h, when the light goes out, everything goes back to normal, comes out of emergency mode and goes normally.
it all started after cleaning the EGR, but I rather exclude the connection with this,
Then there was also the swirl flaps for cleaning, but it did not help. I am asking for help, because in two weeks' vacation and my Viki is limping, maybe it's cold February on the pump or this shaft sensor?

Everything was checked, there were still plugs on the pump.

You also have mistakes Can maybe Cim sits down. Check the connectors on the pump, abs controller and gearbox b. See for plugs under UEC
