Welcome back to the forum. I have a serious problem with the Lenovo K6 Note phone. Well, while on vacation the phone suspended charging. It was loading slowly - even a dozen or so hours, sometimes at all, and at that time the level of charge was not visible on the icon, usually a lightning bolt was visible, despite the connected, working charger. After a few days it stopped charging at all. Because, despite the vacation, I have to be on the phone, I went to the customer service point of the company where I bought the phone without carrying documents and asked for help. The gentleman did not want to help but after a while he said that if I find a guarantee we will give it to the service. Everything is beautiful, but as I mentioned, I didn't have any documents. The Lord advised me to reset my phone. I did so and the trouble started here. I don't remember what the email was assigned to him, that I won't mention the password. It was so long ago that I don't remember what he was like. Unfortunately, it only existed on the phone. I can't log in now. The three accounts I know and use do not match. Each time the phone is started, it requests the e-mail assigned to this device. What to do? Is the only thing I have left on the mobile network? I wanted to be able to get to the phone before the holiday is over. I don't want to interrupt my trip.
