Hello. I have an Acer Aspire One 722 laptop, the laptop has a built-in bluetooth. After upgrading to Windows 10, the device disappeared. There is no sprite in the action center, the bluetooth device manager is not listed even if hidden devices are shown. I've tried many things, I have restored the system - it did not help, in the manager the services related to bluetooth are turned on to automatic mode, I uploaded various drivers and programs - the drivers do not work and nothing is detected by bluetooth devices, as if it was not there. I tried to add to the manager the older device and bluetooth found -> network cards ---> tab windows ---> bluetooth device (RFCOMM TDI protocol), but after adding the message "Can not start this device (code 10)" pops up. In addition, I think that there may be a related error in the AMD Catalyst Control Center software update (an error 182 pops up). I do not know what could help, especially since I do not know it, that's why I count on help.

If I chose a bad topic, I'm sorry, I do not know how to speak. :)

in the bluetooth service manager are included

You have device manager run, search for a device with a problem ie BT and install the driver with the "Update driver" function.
Post the view of this device manager.

I do not have a direct shortcut. I think that F3 is both from Wifi and Bluetooth, and as I say it is turned on.

Uninstall any WIFI and Bletooth cards, remove their drivers from the system, install this:

I did as you say and the device manager has a bluetooth icon, but now the Internet does not work for me. It does not detect any wireless networks.

After restarting the computer, WiFi works, while in the device manager there is a problem with bluetooth.

"Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)"

The drivers are supposedly up-to-date, dated June 21, 2006. Version 10.0.15063.0
I will add that bluetooth is on, but I can not enter the action center and Bluetooth is still not detected.

Next, zero effects. With wifi is everything ok with every driver, while bluetooth continues without any changes and this time even the icon in the device manager has not appeared.
