    Hello,
I searched the whole forum and many more, unfortunately I did not find a solution to my problem. I bought the SilverCrest SBTH 4.0 A1 headphones from Lodz. After pairing with the phone, they work great, but after connecting to the laptop, there is already a problem.
The headphones are detected without any problem. Pairing went without any hassle as well. The problem arises when I want to use them as ordinary headphones, i.e. connect to a laptop and they take over the role of an audio device. Additional information is that when connecting from the computer side, the message "There was an error while establishing the connection" and the headphones will not connect, but if the headphones are turned off and on, they connect with the same message, but the information under the headphone icon changes to connected. In audio device management, bluetooth headphones are shown, but disconnected.
The last thing I noticed is that they work great on Bluesoleil, unfortunately there is a 2 Mb limit.

    Laptop Specs:
    Lenovo g500
    Windows 7
bluetooth: broadcom bluetooth 4.0 USB (built in laptop)

Today, out of desperation, I purchased BlueSoleil 9. It worked great. Unfortunately, there is another problem. BlueSoleil runs until 2-3 shutdowns after installing on a fresh system. Then it neither connects to the headphones nor to the phone or bluetooth earpiece. It does not detect other devices. The other way around is the same problem. The phone does not detect the computer, although the installation process ran without any problems. After recovering the partition from before installing BlueSoleil and reinstalling it, the problem disappears and works again for a few minutes / starts. Reinstalling the software itself does not help. Only the system.
I am asking for help, because I had no ideas anymore.

Hello. I have these headphones, with an iPhone they work great, with a laptop (Windows 7) unfortunately they do not work - after detecting and adding them, the driver is not installed, the system cannot find it on Windows Update. I can't find Win7 drivers on the network to install them manually.
On the second computer, stationary with XP using an external BT USB, they work via BlueSoleil, but I have only checked it once so far, so I do not know if there will be such problems as with my colleague above.

Partially resolved problem. Namely, when I cleaned the registry, uninstalled the reins from devices, installed the bluesoleil drivers, everything flashes nicely, after rebooting, a window appears: new hardware was found and drivers were replaced with non-working ones on the basis of: bluesoleil is shit, I have better ones and I replace them. Is it possible to somehow pause the automatic installer so that it does not replace the bluesoleil drivers?
