    Hello

A few days ago my wifi card broke down. I broke it. Yesterday I bought the same and I have a connection problem.
That old computer saw and connected to the internet and here an error appears.

I did not remove the old drivers but only installed the new one again. But after the removal is the same.
    The same error.
The computer and program can not see the card. The old one has already broken.

    Please help. Greetings.

    Hi,

it looks like windows can not find a driver on the net (because there is no internet connection :) ) if you have an ethernet card (it can be turned off - it will have to be turned on) then try to connect to the router on the cable and then insert the new card into the usb port.

    connect the controls

Did you check if the new card is the same version as the previous one? On the TP-Link website I see that there are versions V1, V2 and V3
download and install the driver appropriate for the version of your card:

    Thank you for your response.
I did not write that the laptop does not have an Ethernet card.
The USB modem replaces the Ethernet modem.

This is not an Ethernet modem or USB modem but a WLAN (Wifi) card for USB.

You can download the driver on another computer and copy it to this computer using a pendrive.

    Can you explain what drivers?

Drivers for the device. See the post of a colleague who threw the driver to V2: https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3362535.html#16607711

If you have a V2 hardware version then this driver will work.

The hardware version will be described on the bottom of the device.

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, it did not help.
The card's connection is also connected via the cable.
When I connect, unfortunately, I can not find the driver via the internet to a usb device. He only found the Ethernet card.
It connects through an old phone but is really slow.
I downloaded new drivers for the model but it also does not work.
