TP-LINK TL-WN722N Network Adapter Not Detected by Computer Anymore

Hello! I have had a tp-link tl-wn722n network card for about half a year and so far everything has been working, but yesterday the computer suddenly stopped detecting the card. When I connect it to the USB port, the green LED is off. Both the usb port and the card are fine because the card works on the other 2 laptops, and by inserting a USB flash drive into the port it is read by the computer. I have already tried to reinstall the drivers for the card but it did not work. Does anyone know what the problem is?

This morning I also had a similar problem with this network card, so I connected it directly to the usb port on the computer's motherboard, and the card works without any problem. My friend did not write what his operating system is, I have win10 and it was downloading a big update today, so I thought it had to do with the operation of the network card.

Is it the same in a different port on the same laptop?

Is it detected in the device manager?
