My rear speakers do not play when the suba plug is disconnected, after connecting the power to the subwoofer, the speakers work, but 90% of the subwoofer itself does not work. I know that he gives little info but I don't know much about car audio, so that's my part :( , standard speakers not Bose.

In the sub there is an amplifier that drives the two-coil speaker in the sub and has speakers for the rear door.

In the photo (for which you demand 4 points - a shame if you want help) you can see that the speaker is missing. Even insulated cables stick out.

A car not long ago bought, I did not tinker with audio, it gives a picture, and like I wouldn't give it, someone would ask for a preview. And about these 4 points I do not know what's going on, it was possible to insert the attachment I gave.

You have added a radio model:
    Here his pinout:
Audi A6 C5 - Standard Rear Speakers Non-Functional Without Subwoofer Connection.

As you can see directly from the radio only the front speakers are powered (FL and FR), The speakers on the back are powered from another cube where they are described as (RL and RR) this is the output to the amplifier.

I can say from electronics it is average, I can measure voltage, power, etc. So summa summarum, this cube which is connected now works well since the back of the speakers are playing when supported and the subwoofer does not work
because there is no speaker in it and, by the way, the solution is to buy a new sub or just the speaker? If so, could I give a Bose subwoofer when exchanging sub? About a year ago I read that Bose used a 32 ohm resistance in their speakers and it would not fit to insert this sub (I don't know if it's true or not)

Unfortunately, I can't tell you if you can easily change the sub to BOSE, but regular allegro for PLN 50.

Many thanks for very quick help :) :) I will probably buy a regular sub and a work colleague who, with electrics and electronics, is for you brother, exchange the sub for me to dance like a dance party :) :)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the non-functionality of the rear speakers in an Audi A6 C5 when the subwoofer is disconnected. The user notes that the rear speakers only operate when the subwoofer is connected, but the subwoofer itself is not functioning properly. Responses clarify that the rear speakers are powered through an amplifier connected to the subwoofer, and suggest that the user may need to replace the subwoofer or its speaker. There is uncertainty about compatibility with a Bose subwoofer due to differing impedance specifications. The user plans to purchase a standard subwoofer and seek assistance from a colleague for installation.
