Hello. I was looking for a solution on various websites but nowhere is there any information about these modes.

I have a Jbl Xtreme loudspeaker and wanting to turn on the low frequency mode (bluetooth + volume mark) I have encountered strange modes. Subsequent switching after holding the combination (bluetooth + increase the volume).
It starts with the altogether turning off the woofers, the next mode switches on the woofers and high and the last switches only the woofers, turning off the woofers. If anyone has any information regarding information regarding these modes please leave a comment

(I will add that the colleague has charge 3 and normally switches between low and normal modes, he does not jump to other modes)

    Hello
Of course, this normal lfm mode is activated by holding down the bluetooth button and minus for about 10 seconds in all harman wireless speakers. In each loudspeaker, pressing such a combination of keys are only 2 modes lfm and plain. After holding the bluetooth and plus are in most cases the service modes (charge 2+ exception, so it is updated). These are hidden modes so it is normal that after putting the loudspeaker to the site, the service uses these modes to check that each speaker plays as it should.

Just as you turned it on you hold down bluetooth and minus for about 10 seconds until all the buttons are on and off.

I also have Xtrema and I do not have such modes. When you press the + and Bluetooth keys, the speaker turns off. Only after holding the bluetooth i - the speaker enters the low frequency mode. Regards and check if you're really pushing good keys ;) Merry Christmas

    Hello!
    I will play the cutlet.
My jbl boombox probably works in the bass mode, because after holding - and bt enters the mode of soprano and cuts off the low ... (nice option if someone is too loud and the signal device has no equalizer) after switching off the speaker and turning back comes back to static settings and it does not matter if I do this in external mode or in the external mode (pstrip in the back), but when you press plus and bt, the LEDs turn on and the speaker turns off ... I hope something does not set, hard reset is not is because I have welcome sounds turned off and the standard is included.

As a happy Charge 2+ owner, I have a question, why update the loudspeaker ?? What is the sense in principle?

For example, in charge 3 so that instead of connecting 2 loudspeakers with each other, it is possible to over 100 so-called jbl connect to connect + and np so that you can turn off these funny sounds of switching on / off / connection bt.
I noticed such two differences, rather no sound in the sound.

    Hello.
After entering the service mode (Bluetooth and +) the micro USB port is active, does anyone have knowledge of what I can do using this connection or software enabling PC communication -> speaker?

I wanted to turn on the subwoofer mode in Jbl Flip 5 and I showed myself a red light and I can't do anything :(

You've probably reset it. Connect it to the power supply, let it charge and write what to do next.
