Hello, I have a problem with my jbl charge 3. When I turn on the loudspeaker, the low frequency mode turns itself on. It's annoying when I want to listen to music normally. I have already reset the speaker and nothing has helped :(

Hold the bluetooth button and the volume down for 10 seconds (until the battery LEDs flash). When it turns off, see if any of the buttons is pressed by holding only one of them. If it continues to turn on by itself, it means that you have a damaged electronics.
