Beloved, what is the cable, the additional yellow cable next to the fan
I bought a new fan but there are no clamps in it to connect this yellow wire.

It seems to me that it may be a speed sensor and a colleague tried to run without connecting this cable?

Most likely the controller on the engine is damaged, but this has not been confirmed by a car electrician yet.
