Good morning everyone. Dear portal users do not want to duplicate the subject but my ideas have run out. I have a problem with a radiator fan, it is a system with one fan responsible for engine cooling and air-conditioning. Namely, I do not turn on the fan even at 115 c. I went to an electrician who connected OP-Com and said that the relays work well because they click on the execution test and the valves are standing. so the fan is blurred. Following his advice, I bought a new factory fan by serial numbers and gave it to the mechanic to put on. The mechanic called me, he founded but he checked this old man for a short time and works. The new one does not turn on anyway and I'm in a dot, op-com does not show any error. Please help. And tell us if it is possible to mix something with an op-com so that the vents do not attach. Thank you and best regards.

Fuses and relays ok. At least that's what an electrician said.

You need an electrician who can use the meter, not just the computer.

And how to check if the power goes.
I would like to add that the vents do not turn on with the climate.

So yes, I played with the meter and fuses ok. Reliable relays. I checked on the current contacts whether the fan turns on and does not turn on. Any suggestions.

Hello everyone again. Thanks for your help, but the matter resolved. I checked with the multimeter and control and it turned out that there was no mass at the left wheel arch. Everything works now. I close the subject.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a radiator fan failure in an Astra H Z16XEP vehicle. The user reports that the new factory fan does not activate even at high temperatures (115°C), despite successful relay tests using OP-Com diagnostics. An electrician confirmed that fuses and relays are functioning correctly, but the fan remains inactive. The user seeks advice on further troubleshooting, particularly regarding power supply issues. After further investigation with a multimeter, it was discovered that a lack of ground connection at the left wheel arch was the root cause of the problem, and once rectified, the fan operated normally.
