    Hello.
TV as in the subject, DVBT Aviva, because there is no built-in tuner. TV 10 years, 22 thousand hours on, this is what the service mode indicates.

Broken colors, lots of green, strong white glow as if the brightness or gamma was pulled to the max. Such a picture from the tuner, also when playing from USB.
Movies checked on another TV approx.

I performed a Factory reset in service mode. Did not help.
I tried to slide down the settings manually. It didn't help, so I went back to my previous values. Before any manipulations, I took pictures of the settings to remember the initial values.

Any ideas? My suggestion - you can see the bright glow pulsating, as if the inverter has a problem. Maybe the factory settings have run out? The user did not shoot - here it is credible. Entering the service mode is not easy or accidental.

Tested on two cables - HDMI (on which it works as standard) and SCART. Same symptoms.

As you can see in the photos attached there is a large moire - ???
The image may be oversized, but this is not a problem, because when watching terrestrial TV it is similar, maybe the moire is imperceptible. Generally, it looks as if the colors are gone.
Tomorrow I will try to connect the paw with a control image, but I don't think it will do anything. I'm betting on a physical fault. If necessary, I could post a short video for normal use.

Has the famous AS15-F been damaged?

Oh you spiteful ;-) .. Ordered RM5101, waiting for delivery. The user will wait ... Prices do not encourage repair services (from 220 to 250), well knowledge and experience costs. Spox. Still, my shortcut - what is this T-con, with such a human voice and without malice? Die control module? And why this deal failed? What does the glass ball say?

It is obvious that it is better to spend 2,200 - 2,500. ;)

Abbreviation of timing controller. Knowledge in a nutshell and more detailed, through Google, for example, or specialized magazines in the field of consumer electronics.

Because he liked it so much, because he got tired of old age, because there were external reasons? (Delete as appropriate after repair.)

Where is the T-con or what is the type designation IC something there, because I can not find it .. Or the TV diagram would not bloom forever .. help me ;-) ..aha, RM5101 I bought.

No picture after replacing it with RM 5101. Tv can be turned off from the remote control, no OSD. It is possible that the tape has failed.

Tomorrow I will check the tightening of the wires ..

The TV has started. The tapes were fastened well. There was a short circuit from a tin drop between Vss and Vdd, pins 21 and 22. Pin 22 burned out. I desoldered RM and the end. Without the plate, the TV displayed a white image without any discoloration. I guess normal. I don't know, it doesn't matter. I put AS15G with a heat sink plate. I gave a drop of thermo paste from the computer under the heat sink on the bottom. Layout positioning was difficult, at least for me. Generally, I managed to put in the "third hand" a very strong magnifying glass bought on the stock exchange for "screws". The original glass was hopeless. Massacre hot-soldering, changing the nozzle to the smallest one helped me remove the tin droplets left on some tracks. Then a soldering iron with a small tip allowed me to roughly align and then fine tune the layout. I made denatured alcohol with rosin dust and lubricated the feet with an ear-cleaning stick dipped in a thick solution. Then soldering. 3man soldering iron with two hands due to "vibration" from the user ;-) . Then washing the rosin plate with denatured alcohol. Plate tilted so fluid does not drip onto the tape joint.

It was not without losses. The path on the board to the foot No.1 has been torn off.

I will apply a paste to the system, then the original sponge, then paste and a metal cover that covers the entire plate.

Composite TV works. I am not entirely satisfied.
Some light backgrounds (faces) have a pink discoloration. Weird. I tried to download the colors, the saturation of the light in service mode. The image is darker, but it seems to have faded a little. I wonder if it is not the fault of the problematic conversion (exchange) again, this time again to RM. Although I still have one AS15F.

Question - what is foot 1 for in this system? The manual shows that it is connected via a jumper to some Mo next and a capacitor plugged into the circuit.

Unfortunately, the tv only lasted two days. The fault has returned in a different form - bright parts of the image have lilac, pink, purple overexposure. Another AS15-F died?

After replacing it with RM5101, there was a monochrome image. It is possible that I overheated the chip or soldered some pins incorrectly. In general, a few paths went away, but there is no tragedy. I have to unsolder the RM, check the paths, suspiciously stick it on poxipol if they require it. If not, a thin wire bridge may be enough. The circuit is soldered on RM 800 but in my opinion it is g .. Rosin dissolved in denatured alcohol works better. Possibly rosin dust on an ear stickThe foundation of the system is massacre, because it almost always mows and takes a lot of time to position it. If there are such problems, I will use butaprene, some small amounts or rosin with denatured alcohol. I still have AS15-F one piece, if this RM will be damaged, I will assume that. After soldering, I put the thermally conductive paste on the eraser, then another portion of the paste on the sheet covering the module. Another option is to buy a used module, but it's a lottery.

After replacing it with RM, I have a small problem with regulation in service mode. Green gain is set to 127 or 129, I can't set any other values. The same applies to offset green. No regulation. Either normal or some mini short circuit .. Suggestions?
I changed RM once again. Unfortunately some paths went, I had to stretch them. It doesn't look beautiful, but it works. I gave the cheapest rubber paste, which is a choked system. For now it works, but the colors are not great. Maybe it's a matter of regulation, but the user just let it go .. Maybe I'm just oversensitive ..
