I will start with the fact that I did not purchase the Inea wifi service through their modem (I need to connect the modem to my router). The internet works over a cable connected to the modem, but it doesn't work when connected through a router (as if the modem was not communicating with the router). I checked and all ports were well connected, I restarted the modem. I also called INEA and they gave me information that the problem may be in the router configuration. I currently have cameras connected to the router (they are still working on the previous configuration), I have already tried to change its settings, but unfortunately there is still no internet connection. Please help. What screenshots should I make and throw, what information should I give you help me diagnose where the problem lies. Below I upload photos of the router and modem in question.
